Nurzia Construction Corporation is seeking a Residential Lead Carpenter. Applicants shall be well-rounded, capable of working as part of a team and have the ability to complete work on their own. Commercial and Insurance Restoration construction experience is a plus. Applicants should be highly motivated, and focused on excellence in all aspects of the work. Projects are currently located throughout the Hudson Valley and Connecticut.
Carpenter Responsibilities:
- Make sure quality standards are met
- Communicate progress, potential changes, and problems effectively
- Follow the job schedule
- Keep the job site secure and clean
- Work efficiently and safely
- Includes but not limited to : Framing , Trim Carpentry, Drywall, Deck Building, Flooring, Doors, Windows ,Cabinets , and Exterior trim
Carpenter Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years or more of Residential carpentry experience
- Quality Control and Attention to Detail
- Must be efficient in all phases of carpentry
Personal qualities required to be able to perform the duties are, but not limited to:

- Ability to take direction
- Organized and Punctual
- Patient and polite with customers
- Highly Motivated - Self starter
Required experience:
- Carpentry: Min 5 years
Required license or certification:
- Valid Driver’s License/ Clean Driving Record
