Insurance Restoration / Mitigation Technician

We are currently seeking licensed and experienced Water Mitigation Technicians to join our dynamic field team. You will be responsible for performing all aspects of water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation in response to water and Fire damage events caused by plumbing failures, storm events, and other sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency water loss situations
• Perform water extraction, moisture mapping, and drying services
• Set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
• Document jobs using moisture readings, photographs, and job notes
• Work safely and efficiently in residential and commercial environments
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols
• Assist with demolition, cleaning, and content manipulation as needed
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and company vehicle

Qualifications & Requirements:

• IICRC WRT certification is required, or candidates must have the ability to complete the course immediately upon employment (ASD and/or AMRT certifications preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on water mitigation experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, work in tight spaces, and wear PPE
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy: Able to use job tracking software/apps (e.g., DASH, MICA)
• Flexible schedule – availability for nights, weekends, and on-call shifts

• General carpentry including minimal demo and light framing.
• Decking
• Finish carpentry including crown moldings

Experience:

• Must be able to read plans
• Must be able to understand structural wood framing; metal framing experience a plus

Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment to support construction, excavation, and other related projects. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, front loader trucks, dump trucks, and cranes for various construction tasks.
• MUST BE WILLING TO PERIODICALLY WORK AS LABORER IN TRENCH
• Perform digging and building operations as required by project specifications.
• Ability to read civil documents
• Previously installed underground water, sewer & drainage pipe
• Previously install precast drainage and sewer manhole structures
• Skill to fine grade
• Operate and supervise compaction activities
• Shovel and rake skills
• Operate transit
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery on-site and be OSHA 10 certified.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to backhoe operation, bulldozing, and crane operation.
• (CDL) preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy machinery operation.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
